1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Product is unused and in original condition with packaging
📌 Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (after delivery)
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance / sale items (if mentioned)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Email
- Share order details + product photos/videos
- Our team will verify and guide you further
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we offer replacement (subject to stock availability)
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → We cover shipping cost
- If return is for any other reason → Customer bears shipping charges
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed.
8. Important Notes
- Please record an unboxing video for damaged item claims
- Returns without approval will not be accepted
- Blowing musical instruments (played using the mouth), such as Flute, Kazoo, Harmonica, Melodica, etc., are considered non-returnable items.
